Liked: Quiet room and comfortable bed. Close to the pool and elevator. Close to Locals, our favorite restaurant.
Disliked: Bathroom vanity a bit on the small size. Noise from the pool, especially in the evening

Liked: I love this hotel and have stayed several times
Disliked: I was on the first floor and the room smelled like animals. Pets are allowed and stay on the 1st floor. I wish I would have known. They offered to move me I declined I was tired and didn’t want to move rooms. It was just 1 night. They will upgrade me next visit. Staff was kind.

A lovely place to stay!

Liked: This is our favourite place to stay in Courtenay! We appreciated the room upgrade upon arrival, which gave us a lovely riverside view. The cookies, apples, and hot drinks in the lobby are always a treat. I particularly liked the heated floor in the bathroom! I wish we could have stayed longer!
Disliked: Everything was great!

Liked: Nice to have a welcome and pet treats at the front reception, efficient checkin, lovely room with easy access to take the dog out for a walk by the river. Enjoyed the in room Nespresso coffee comfy bed.
