Excellent value for a comfortable,...

Liked: Pleasant and easy check-in. Rooms were clean and basic - as expected for the price. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows supplied. There was plenty of teabags, coffee etc provided.Food quality and value was fine, and the beer was very good.
Disliked: Our room was directly above the outdoor beer garden and we couldn't have the window open due to many people smoking in the area below, which was coming into the room.There was a fair bit of noise from the pub, which is fair enough. It stopped at 11pm sharp, so not too bad We were also woken at 7am with the delivery of beer barrels. Again, not unreasonable, but if you're needing an early night and/or a lie in, this is something to be aware of.
