Liked: Lovely staff and great breakfast
Disliked: There was a wake therefore the bar was off limits. Obviously it is sad but had I been informed beforehand, I would have stayed somewhere else!

Ok for a short stay.

Disliked: Room was cold and the bed too small.

Liked: Staff couldn't do enough for ya very friendly. They cleaned the room every day. Very close to cadbury World and would happily stay there again

Not the experience we thought...

Liked: location close to the hospital we were over for an appointment so grateful for location.
Disliked: The room was cold and damp and had a chemical smell to it, clearly had a damp course recently done it was hard to sleep uncomfortable bed. They had wanted to upgrade us to a room upstairs but as I had told them when I booked we needed a room downstairs as my husband is on crutches. It felt like they had forgotten that and we were a bit of an after thought. So disappointed as I stayed earlier in the year and the room I had upstairs was lovely.
