Forget the spa experience

Liked: The lady who runs the breakfast service is very efficient and I remember her from a previous visit too. Polite and friendly and clearly cared about customers experience.
Disliked: EV Charger not workingOffered Prosecco on arrival but no glasses at reception sent to room much laterRestaurant closed Spa was filthy with dirty towels occupying every bed and surface glasses on floor clearly not been cleaned all day and no care applied to the customer experience for guests incoming . Man walked through with AirPods in trackies slamming door who we assume was meant to be the attendant. Pool temperature too cold to stay in. Hydropool closed and chemical smell so strong it was affecting our eyes. So basically you could use shower and sauna that was it after coming especially for the spa experience it was a huge disappointment. Walked past concierge on the morning departure carrying lots of bags and no offer of assistance. Came back to talk to reception and leave feedback and key to check out and nobody manning reception. An extremely disappointing experience.

Disliked: The breakfast was served slowly and bacon was overcooked and porridge was served cold after a long wait

Liked: Breakfast was ok, attention from staff at dinner was incredible but at breakfast very poor, asked for another pot of tea and waited and waited and it never came and no staff around to ask.
Disliked: Service at breakfast and hot food at buffet was quite cold and bacon hard.
