Liked: the location, it’s just in front of the concert hall
Disliked: The elevator, there is one no working, which cannot access to all the floors, but it’s the one arrive always faster than the other one

Liked: Everything was clean and accessible, the staff was friendly and we appreciated the event at the restaurant for ATEEZ concert.
Disliked: Actually nothing everything was perfect

Liked: nice confotable room, nice staff.
Disliked: Italian restaurant downstairs adventured food receipts which was not very successful...(at all!). Very far away to reach from Metro or Train station. Not very confortable if you do not come by taxi or car.

Liked: The staff was helpful and joyful, the rooms were a bit small but nicely partitioned, there was drinking water available on each floor, the hotel was near a big shopping mall.
