OK, just OK.

Liked: The location was good, just a short walk away from the centre, however the area was grim and grey
Disliked: The hotel was absolutely not 4 stars. It was clean and the staff were friendly, but the free snacks left a lot to be desired and were not replenished throughout the day. I understand that it is a concept however I have never been anywhere where it is necessary to make your own tea bags! The breakfast choice was limited and sadly not to our taste. The room was clean but very small and wet towels were not replaced they were just hung over the door to dry, I’m all for protecting the environment but this is not something that I would expect from a ‘4 star’ hotel. The ‘club’ was comfortable and it was necessary for us to sit here to relax as the room felt very claustrophobic. I felt that the idea of ‘concept’ was maybe an excuse for run down.

Liked: Fanrastic place to found food in any time (includes French only drinks time), perfect if you are going to the business trip. Nice experience overall & very helpful personal. Best experience in Grenoble Fantastic mountain view from most of the rooms
Disliked: Bathroom can be bigger

Disappointed by the room design,...

Liked: The location is good, close to the city historical centre.
Disliked: First, the please was infested with mosquitoes. Not only my room but rooms of my colleagues also. The room design may look amazing but it’s horrible. To reach the bathroom you have to cross the shower, which is annoying especially if the floor there is wet. No storage in the room either expect small shelves in the corner. The breakfast costs 19 euro - I cannot get rid of the feeling that this place is overpriced with limited quality.

Liked: The bed was really comfortable, which is inmortant. The staff was very helpful, particularly with bike storage, and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The arrangement of shower, toilet and wash basin is awkward - after a shower, when the cabin is still wet, it is nigh impossible to go to the wash basin without getting wet feet or jumping…

A pleasant stay.

Liked: Enjoyed the Club, great place to chill out after a busy day. Staff were welcoming and attentive without being intrusive.
Disliked: The hotel is 10 years old. Some things are a bit tired and need replacing such as the hairdryer, the outside cover of which had deteriorated. Toilet brush smelled of urine.
