Liked: It was close to I-40 and easily accessible
Disliked: It was not clean, floors were sticky, bedding had cigarette burns through blankets, stains on sheets, towels and wash rag. Sink only had boiling hot water and shower had luke warm water. Rooms smelled of marijuana.

Disliked: Horrible interactions with staff on multiple occasions.

Liked: Lovely recently renovated rooms if a little basic. Beds were extremely comfortable.
Disliked: In 50 metres there was a homeless camp on the verandah of the disused building next door. Not their fault but made my wife nervous. Reception never answered their phone and were not friendly. You felt like an inconvenience. Also serving of the room was erratic and inconsistent. No laundry facilities. Only 1 chair for 2 double beds and no dining table though there was room.

I needed a quick booking...

Liked: Location to freeway. Bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was great. Room was outfitted nicely.
Disliked: Toilet seat was broken, cleaning person would have noticed this immediately but ignored the liability. Gum stuck on wall above the one trash can in room. Deadbolt did not work. Only warm water at sink, not hot. There were no available electical outlets around desk area and at bedside the cabinet had to be pulled out from wall to access one. The non-smoking room smelled like nicotine.

Disliked: No hair dryer, no kettle for coffee, no even water

NIGHTMARE

Liked: NOTHING!
Disliked: Homeless everywhere in the morning. A woman knocked on my door "looking for someone" an hour after I checked in. The property is in complete disrepair......This is barely a 1.0 star, NOT A 4.

Liked: Nothing it was not a very good hotel.
Disliked: The staff was rude. The rooms was not comfortable.
