Liked: Its a cute vibe, very central location.
Disliked: Customer service and noise in the rooms, lifts are ridiculously slow.

Super location at Viaduct harbor

Liked: The location next to Viaduct harbor is great! The hotel is located on a quiet street near restaurants and bars. The staff are always present and happy to help .
Disliked: The common areas need to be cleaned such as the carpets in hallways and the elevator. Would be good to have a luggage rack in the room as we worked on the floor.

Definitely stay again

Liked: Clean comfortable and best lighting I have ever seen in a hotel. Big tick for me.Friendly staff.
Disliked: If I want to be really critical, there is one lift and it was slow. So I took the stairs. I think that was probably good for me

Liked: Loved the room. Well appointed and clean. Close to restaurants and staff were warm and welcoming. Room was retro modern, a quirky twist that i loved.
