Complaints were handled in a good manner; no free breakfast but free parking; overall, it was okay but the heat situation which caused very disrupted sleep made it disappointing. Remodel is "in the works" according to morning clerk.

Liked: $20 restaurant gift card due to heat. Free hot chocolate. Free, first come, first served parking. Great location.
Disliked: The room heat was all controlled by the front desk which we had adjusted upon check in to 70 degrees, but after returning for the night the room temperature was 76 and we had to call for an adjustment again. I woke up several times throughout the night because it still stayed hot. The clerk apologized in the morning and gave us a $20 restaurant gift card.

Liked: No brainer if you have a car and wish to stay downtown. Immaculately clean and no problems with A/C like other people said. Safe location, no weird people milling about like in most downtown areas in major cities.

Great Motel but rooms are...

Liked: I always enjoy my stay at this motel. Clean comfy beds at a great location in the city.
Disliked: The room was so hot. I even called front desk a few times to adjust temperature in the room but it was still very hot. Opened windows in the 17 degree weather for relief. This issue made it difficult for me to fall asleep and get a goodnight rest. I'm very upset because I really like this motel.
