Complaints were handled in a good manner; no free breakfast but free parking; overall, it was okay but the heat situation which caused very disrupted sleep made it disappointing. Remodel is "in the works" according to morning clerk.

Liked: $20 restaurant gift card due to heat. Free hot chocolate. Free, first come, first served parking. Great location.
Disliked: The room heat was all controlled by the front desk which we had adjusted upon check in to 70 degrees, but after returning for the night the room temperature was 76 and we had to call for an adjustment again. I woke up several times throughout the night because it still stayed hot. The clerk apologized in the morning and gave us a $20 restaurant gift card.

Not at all recommended since...

Disliked: Charged extra higher fee for parking which is not at all acceptable. Finally ended up with worthless expensive stay.

Liked: That it is like a small apartment with a parking spot. Also, it is well located and has a fair price.
Disliked: The mattresses are too soft and make your back hurt in the morning. Also, the motel is advertised with a different price in booking.com that includes the parking fee, but when you arrive to the place that promotion is not valid.

Disliked: Horrible time to check in, they can only let you in at 4pm. They are very loud. I had a bad experience with the room next door, they are making love so loudly that it interrupts my sleep. I ask for help, and then the receptionist is very rude to me.

The cleanest ,most centralized location...

Liked: Central location,and the staff were amazing . It was a bit chilly, but you can walk to almost every thing from the Ohio House.
Disliked: Nothing that we didn’t like.
