Fine location, but the room...

Liked: The location is probably the only positive thing about this place. Additionally, the staff didn’t hesitate to refund our money when we decided to leave.
Disliked: The lobby and reception area felt a bit worn, but the real issue was the room. It was in poor condition - outdated, dusty, and far from clean. We booked a room with a kitchenette, but it was not a place where you’d want to cook. The bathroom had visible mold, and there was dust everywhere.The real dealbreaker, however, was the cockroaches. Within an hour of checking in, we noticed them. When we brought it up to the staff, we were told it was because “it’s raining outside.” But this wasn’t just a stray insect or two - there was probably a nest, with both large and small cockroaches living there. While we were complaining at the reception, there were two other guests coming in to complain about their rooms (one of them mentioned dust). We canceled our stay immediately, despite it being midnight, and moved to another hotel a few blocks away. We spent the next two weeks there and never saw a single cockroach. That alone speaks volumes.Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
