We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: Superb! Reminiscent of the Grand Hotels of the Craftsman era, the hotel reminded us of the Grove Park Inn in Asheville. Wonderful music playing as you walk up to the property and throughout. The brunch was delicious and reasonably priced. Service from all staff was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.

Comfortable bed and extraordinarily clean...

Liked: This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, by far. Everything else was great too, but the hotel is worth it for the cleanliness alone! Also, check out time isn’t until noon which is another plus.
Disliked: Nothing, I was satisfied.

This will become my new...

Liked: Convenient location (to highway, food & shopping). Excellent food! I would travel the 3 1/2 hours back just to eat here! Very comfortable accommodations with every detail considered; night light in the bathroom, dimmers on most lights, a "directions" card on how to operate the in-room facilities, bluetooth speakers, bathtub tray with book & phone holders, bed pillows of different firmness, etc.
Disliked: When checking in we had to walk around a moving truck blocking the main entrance - someone had booked a birthday party with props. I think someone with the hotel should have asked them to move 15 feet down the sidewalk so guests to enter & exit comfortably.

Great Anniversary night out.

Liked: Gorgeous, friendly, extremely clean with modern amenities while looking historic and classic. Music in the lobby was a nice touch as well.
Disliked: Wish we could have stayed longer.

Liked: I loved the trip!! My 2nd time in a row for New Yr!
Disliked: New Year’s Eve they need to have more available seating for the jazz concert.
