Liked: Nothing
Disliked: 1. Check in at 3pm. We came at 2pm and they asked us additional $10.2. Weed. Weed. Weed. That's how I can describe this hell place. Smell of weed is everywhere. Our room was completely gross and smell nothing but weed. 3. Weird / Rude receptionist. We asked (obviously normal question) about WIFI password and login. She replied "If I were you, I would google it". Google what? The password for your wifi? For real? 4. After we finally managed to get a wifi password we discovered that it worked a few minutes and then disappear. Later appear again and disappear again. And it was always like that. 5. No transfer.6. No breakfast (receptionist even didn't mentioned about it, we found it out later, but anyway it was only cereal and 3in1 coffee). Subway and Donuts nearby - better buy it by yourself.7. Super aged. Probably it was awesome place in 80th but today it's just a big gross hole. 8. Bathroom full of blood spots. 9. Comforter full of cigarettes holes.10. Probably you will take this place only in case of your long transfer in O'Hare Airport but think twice. Better pay $20 more but be in a much better place than this one.

Liked: location and that the linens were clean. Those were the things that were ok. Shower was normal and hot.
Disliked: *Update: ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD RAISE A CUSTOMER SERVICE CASE WITH BOOKING.COM (NOT THE PROPERTY) OVER THE SCAM SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT THAT DOES NOT EXIST UNTIL THEY REMOVE IT FROM THE LISTNG.. I'M DOING IT, AND THEY ARE PAYING ME BACK FOR MY TAXI. BOOKING AND THE PROPERTY HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THIS FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS. * All of the lying in the booking.com description about how there is a free shuttle. There is no free shuttle. so, essentially, they hotel stole $18 from me - which I had to pay to Lyft to get to the airport. The staff member confirmed they knew about the discrepancy and blamed booking.com - as if the hotel owners and staff are not the ones responsible for putting true information in their listing. Google and booking.com reviews show this issue has been known for years. Their antiquated website blames COVID 19 for no shuttle. It's 2024, y'all. Also didn't like the fact that they wrote down my credit card number in addition to swiping it with the mag stripe instead of the chip. Both of these things are security risks in my opinion.

Disliked: we got there and police was taking a guy away after he beat up his girlfriend. the stairs smell like cigarette smoke and the linens and towels were cheap, room needs update and couch had stains. it was super late so we stayed but that is the last time ever
