Exceptional

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful m. The apartment was great, a bit outdated but having a kitchen was really good as we are a family of 5. The size of the apartment was also really good.
Disliked: The only thing that I didn’t really like about the property was the shower. The shower heads need changing.

Perfect for a budget and...

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was great, easy to get the subway to any place we needed. The room was big and very cozy, above all of our expectations.

Superb

Liked: Location is great, the suite is spacious. Cooking facilities are useful to have. There is a supermarket close by.
Disliked: Only very minor things, like hooks for towels in the bathroom. Salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen.

Very good

Liked: The staff were quite responsive and nice. It was very warm, which is quite a lot to ask for in NYC in winter after visiting other hotels (perhaps even too warm when going to bed). Good location, subway, Chinatown and Little Italy are practically at the doorstep.
Disliked: Some of the appliances and furniture felt quite used, but it was not critical or even bad. Too much heating before going to bed, which can't be regulated.
