Liked: Not much, location was handy.
Disliked: The guests below us having a party and playing ridiculous, loud thumping music until 3.00am. We have young children and couldnt sleep. When I raised the issue with reception, a young chap came to my room and said he could not hear noise. Ten minutes later, it started again when he left my room. Was he also part of the party?!??

Liked: The host made us feel very welcome. Our suitcases were delivered and they collected them for us while we were on a day trip.

Ideal overnight stay for events...

Liked: Friendly helpful reception staff who gave good directions to nearby Newmarket train station. Ideal location for attending Coldplay concert @ Eden Park. Car parking on site. Close to nearby Westfield shopping centre including great food-court. Clean, tidy room with comfortable beds. Close to motorway access - north & south directions.

Never again

Liked: Very close to Newmarket mall and train station giving easy access to Eden Park events. 45min to the park if walking
Disliked: Incredibly noisy residents/guests partying until after 4am with no intervention from management. Not sure if any management even onsite overnight. Didn’t feel particularly safe.
