Superb
Liked: Great hosts....very casual and laid back. Great location for adventures and pub crawling/eating. Amazing house with old world craftsmanship throughout. Fantastic breakfast and most especially the coffee was terrific. We plan to stay there again when back in Denver area!

Convenient stay near downtown Denver
Liked: The property is in a good location near the hopping and always interesting Broadway Street close to downtown Denver. The room was clean and the bathroom modern and well-equipped. Judith and Doc went out of their way to accommodate our needs and even served an early breakfast to enable us to make our flight home.
Disliked: There really is no place to hang out at the property. Usually there is a common sitting area for guests to relax after a long day of site seeing in the B & Bs where we have stayed in the past. There is one room with a small balcony if you are lucky enough to score it. As a suggestion to Doc and Judith, their dog Lucy needs some obedience training. It is quite unnerving to arrive to the property with an angry loud bark from a sizable dog.

I love coming back to...
Liked: Doc and Judith, together with their pet dogs, the Golden Doodles Lucy and Wilson, were wonderful hosts who were available with patience and warm hospitality, especially at breakfast, for all questions about life, but also about Denver, Colorado or other important questions for guests.
Disliked: That I couldn't stay any longer because the plane was going back to Germany.

Great B&B!
Liked: Great location and a B&B in a true sense, not a very commercial feeling establishment
Disliked: Street noise if I had to enter something

Exceptional
Liked: Judith and Doc were lovely and so welcoming. Absolutely beautiful old home in SOBO! (South Broadway) Lively late night neighborhood, but quiet sleep in a comfy bed. Will definitely be back!

We might return if we...
Liked: Our hosts were delightful, kind, and helpful. They were attentive without being intrusive, interesting and interested; wonderful conversationalists! The location was perfect for us - an easy walk to lots of great restaurants and interesting shops. It was nice to have a spot to park our rental car!
Disliked: Hmmm... The house is incredible, with tremendous potential. The challenge for us was a feeling of being in someone else's well-lived-in home; the "public" spaces - living room, outdoor "patio" - were messy and cluttered with personal effects, which did not feel inviting. The whole house needed a thorough, deep cleaning. In this day and age, with most travelers needing to charge a device or two, the lack of outlets in the bedroom (old house, no surprise) was challenging. An easy fix would be to include one or two power strips. In the shared bathroom, the shower curtain was dirty (a new, plastic liner is a cheap and easy fix and would do wonders for guests' comfort), and there was no place to put anything down, even a toothbrush; a small table or shelf would have been super helpful.
