A nice birthday break.

Liked: The decor . The room was great.
Disliked: Could have done with a cooked breakfast. The food that they had out was nice though.

Loved the Oddfellows. Would definitely...

Liked: Location. Friendly staff. Value for money.
Disliked: Lumpy pillows. Didn’t know we had kettle etc in our room until we checked out as it was in a cupboard.

Comfortable and quirky stay in...

Liked: Stylish, comfortable rooms with lots of interesting and quirky details. Friendly and accommodating staff. Superb location.
Disliked: No view from the room. TV had no working HDMI port.

Nice hotel but shocking communication...

Liked: Good location!
Disliked: Shocking customer service, didn’t get told about the party underneath our room. Went with a 2 year old and the music didn’t stop until 11:30pm! Had to ring reception to even try and get somewhere but still nothing happened! Then spoke to the manager in the morning who informed us we would receive a full refund only to be told once we had left that we would get a 20% discount on a future stay which you get on a sheet when in the room anyway! Again wouldn’t stay again given the above circumstances.

Good hotel which could be...

Liked: Excellent location, nice comfortable room, comfy bed, quirky and fun place to stay in the centre of Chester.
Disliked: The breakfast was very disappointing, was a basic continental breakfast with awful coffee! Full English would make this hotel fab.. There was an expresso machine in the room, no pods and no water, so it was useless.
