Disappointing

Sadly disappointing - had hoped...

Liked: Good location and comfortable bed
Disliked: - the room was very cold when we entered and the late night staff member did not know how to work the heating- the room was very very dark - vanity lights in bathroom not working so way too dark to see in mirror- 2 baths in bathroom but only luke warm water and very bad water pressure running second bath- water leak in entrance lobby

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect
Disliked: Our room was very basic. In trying to be quirky, the hotel have ended up having a clear toilet door and a toilet/shower in direct view from the bed. The breakfast was terrible. Very basic. half of our group went to local cafes on the 2nd day and didnt even bother with the hotel one.

An amazing 2 bedroom apartment...

Liked: This apartment is massive and has 2 massive double beds . There is a TV in both bedrooms with full channel package on both. No need to sign into the TV either (like you do when you use Netflix ect ect). There is a TV in the lounge/dining area too. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and the other an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a shower above the bath. There is a fab coffee machine there too with pods provided. You get a free parking space alloted to you and the apartment is right near the town centre .You book it thru the main hotel site
Disliked: it was a cold November night and an extra blanket on the sofa and esp on both beds would have been amazing but there is central heating there and it was warm . The beds have duvets on them and plenty of pillows

Enjoyable stay and great staff

Liked: Have stayed in Apartment 1 twice now and enjoyed both stays. The apartment is spacious and decorated really cool. The beds are comfy, lots of storage space and room to move around. The staff are also very good, efficient and helpful. The free parking spot is a very good bonus that not many places in the centre offer. The location is perfect and within close walking distance to everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Furniture a little battered and well used Sofa bed was not fit for purpose and shouldn’t be advertised as such
