Nice location and spa but...

Liked: We had a room in the spa building, these are lovely light spacious rooms with easy access to the pool area.
Disliked: The spa is not well maintained by staff through the day, by late afternoon it was littered with empty cups and used towels.Breakfast on the second day was not a relaxing time. We arrived in good time but it was more than 10 minutes before our order was taken then another (at least) 15-20 for my husbands cooked breakfast to arrive. 4 minutes later the staff were pressuring him to grab anything else he wanted and noisily clearing up around us. If they are busy they need to either get enough staff to maintain the service or allow people who have waited so long to finish their meal in a civilised fashion.

A rare gem.

Liked: That the Excellent Spa could be used for several hours after the checkout time was a bonus. The room was reasonable value even without the included Spa use. The restaurant is always excellent and the staff are attentive. A good place to meet business guests.
