Liked: The service was the best I've had. I forgot to ask for a wooden cot, I messaged them 20 minutes from arrival, they arranged an external supplier within that time and had it delivered 10 minutes after check in. they showed zero sign of frustration, it simply wasn't an issue for them to get that done for me. incredible. nespresso included, proper full cream milk included, daily turndown. amazing
Disliked: only very small thing, the pool wasn't chemically balanced properly. my little one and hubby had really red eyes. the stay overall was incredible though.

Liked: Location was great. Staff and process was professional supportive. Parking. Breakfast voucher for Pavilion was a nice inclusion (two for one)
Disliked: on site was quite difficult due to the bulk head in the parking area. Cleanliness of the room was questionable it had a very musty smell. The shower was filthy. There was no cork stopper for champagne ordered.
