Liked: Beautiful grounds and welcoming staff.
Disliked: There was a power outage the first evening we stayed.

Terrible Customer Service

Liked: The location speaks for itself but don’t expect any hospitality
Disliked: Power went out for hours, the hotel didn’t provide any back up whatsoever, not even a flash light for the room. The boy at the front desk didn’t seem to care and said management left and were not answering calls. After the power came on we had a smoke alarm flashing in our room all night and an alarm going off so it was impossible to sleep. We notified front desk and again were told there was nothing we can do. Awful customer care and if you have kids and want to make sure their safety is being considered I wouldn’t stay here

Liked: Oceanpoint Ranch was amazing. It was very clean and the staff were great. Victor and Irma were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great. Will definitely be returning.
