Disliked: The roomWas a bit cold and could not make it warmer but ok

Perfect for a weekend away

Liked: Clean, staff were friendly bar was great, we didn’t check out the pool but looked lovely and outside area was great and in a great location
Disliked: Older lady at reception didn’t speak a word of English and not very helpful when I asked for the nearest shop but the young guy made up for her lack of effort.

Disappointing.

Liked: The location of this hotel is perfect for me as I was attending Porte de Versaille Salon
Disliked: A. There are no information leaflets in the room, so when I did have an issue, I didn't know what number to call on the hotel phone for either housekeeping or reception.B. There is a fridge in the room - that is empty. No water - nothing. I was told that there is a free water fountain in reception and that if I had no bottle, I could buy one from the hotel for 7EuroC. Said fridge went on and off ALLLLL night long on my first night. And every time it re-started, it gave a loud bang. Obviously, this kept me awake on and off all night. If I had had the number to call Reception, I would have done so but I didn't (see above) and I was not inclined to get up, get dressed and go walkabout at 3am when I had to be up for work at 6.30. In the morning, I did ask Ryan (?) on Reception to help and he came to the room and unplugged the fridge for me, so I had a better sleep on night 2.D. The aircon was too hot. I kept turning it down to 18 and turning the fan up, but every time I went back to check it, it still said 22. Annoying.

Liked: Where it was situated, the room was really cosy and warm when we put the heating on.
Disliked: The WiFi password didn’t work so we didn’t have access to the WiFi.
