Liked: the staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. the room was lovely with a very comfortable bed.swimming pool and jacuzzi was very clean and the sauna was great.

Liked: The breakfast buffet and the pool are nice. The location of the hotel is central and there is a lot that can be done on foot.
Disliked: The acoustic insulation between rooms of the hotel is bad. You can follow the voices of your neighbors and the steps of those above you. The bed is only 160cm wide in a “deluxe” room.

Disliked: Service in the restaurant was very slow. There is a screen and if you are sitting on the wrong side, away from the bar, the staff dont see you. But the food was excellent
