Great location. But not a...

Liked: Perfect location but photos over exaggerate the spa and room area
Disliked: Lots of homeless in the entrance. Sad and I’m not saying move them on. But during the day. Blankets and clothing just lying around. Smelly too.

Disappointing

Disliked: The room was overlooked by an apartment block - no privacy. Net curtains are required to avoid keeping the curtains drawn until dressed. It is the first hotel I have stayed in where I have had to pay for parking at the facility! Appalling.Dinner menu very limited.

A great star would definitely...

Liked: Clean, friendly and informative staff and within easy walking distance to the centre. Car park is a reasonable price and we were able to leave the car whilst we explored the next day at no extra charge.

Liked: We loved our one night stay there. The staff were very welcomed and helpful. Room very clean and comfy. Jacuzzi and steam room included in the price. Great location, very close to city centre and variety of restaurants.
