Liked: The location is very convenient. The fitness and spa facilities are appropriately equipped.
Disliked: The signage for entering the parking area is quite challenging. Providing clearer instructions on how to access the parking when sending the reservation confirmation would be highly helpful.

Liked: Perfect location but photos over exaggerate the spa and room area
Disliked: Lots of homeless in the entrance. Sad and I’m not saying move them on. But during the day. Blankets and clothing just lying around. Smelly too.
