We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Liked: Ocean view. Updated rooms. Having a kitchen. Costs. Accessibility to outside with our dog.
Disliked: Pull out couch mattress is way too thin and uncomfortable. The phone rang @ 6am in our room and my daughter’s room. Odd. Should be fixed as it must be a systems issue. Rooms need bigger and more artwork.

Liked: This was our 3rd year in this hotel and doubt i will ever stay anywhere else, when we visit Duncan. We gave ourself an extra day on this trip to do more exploring around the hotel. It's usually very quiet at this location, but we were woken up to seals barking off the docks. We didn't have a balcony, but were able to move chairs to the balcony sized doors and have coffee to watch the seals swim and play.

Disliked: Asked staff ti extend our time past 11 amThe staff that was asked responded rudely and said we had to be out by 1130..thanks fine but the attitude if thr mir staff was subpar..in customer service in the am was poor
