Liked: We love the location
Disliked: The office staff seemed to be unhappy and should not work in customer service. Our shower leaked all over the floor when telling him of this his attitude was nonchalant! He asked if we tried lifting the door to make it close. Missed opportunity, he could have offered us an other room or something. Also asked for an extra pillow, and he said we don't give extra pillows! The bed was so uncomfortable that we were trying to make the best of the situation. We could have spent our money anywhere and chose this place but won't stay again!

Great view and facility for...

Liked: Incredible view Tesla charger in the parking lot was very useful. I was able to charge my Tesla overnight.
Disliked: No complimentary water in the room and the temperature of the fridge is not low enough ( I can’t control the temperature). The bathroom is outdated.

Amazing ocean View!

Liked: Beautiful large room with fireplace and juccuzi tub. But the best part was the amazing ocean view!
Disliked: Nothing except we had to leave early because power went out because of a major storm.

Refreshing, relaxing

Liked: Just being in front of the ocean and having the door open to here the waves. Hiked the Russian Gulch river.
Disliked: It was quite at this time there was barely anybody around. Can't wait to come back next year.

Aan upstairs unit if you...

Liked: The suite was spacious, comfortable and well appointed.
Disliked: Our downstairs king suite had a walking path right outside the windows that gave a view of the ocean. There was no privacy from people walking past outside. If you wanted the view, you were completely visible to strangers using the path.
