Liked: Britney was great upon meeting her at check in. Very nice personality. Facility was clean, nice room.
Disliked: There was a noise each night that sounded like someone was in the room to the point we slept with the balcony light on. Then we realized it was whomever next door you could hear even the blinds being drawn. Bed was uncomfortable for my husband and I but that was it.

Liked: I ENCOURAGE ALL MY FRIEND TO STAY HERE THE BEST STAY IVE HAD ON VIRGINIA BEACH OCEANFRONT YET...
Disliked: THE STAFF...CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Liked: That they were able to accomodate us with a higher floor at short notice
Disliked: Room was too small, the table was too big, when i pulled out the sofa bed it was blocking the walkway, the people next to us was too loud. Too many different fees. Toilet was too small and so low to the floor, had to bend the lid a bit to be able to clear the counter.
