Very friendly and helpful staff

Liked: The service at dinner was good, the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The apartment was clean but very dated. The bunkbed was in poor condition and about to fall. the rooms had miss match furniture and the floor tiles were cracked.

Liked: Made very welcome, staff so friendly, spa was excellent, will definitely be back

Disliked: Room was so cold. No mirror in room to blow-dry hair etc. The wall behind the bin was stained with tea.

Liked: Location was amazing for both the view and family members accommodation.
Disliked: We only had 4 mugs and no bread board (but wasn’t a major issue, and we got round it)
