Liked: I checked in at 4 but my room was not ready til 7( something about inspection). They didn't offer a later check out or nothing since I had to wait. The overall stay was good they are remodeling but there's nothing to worry about cause it won't affect your stay.

Disliked: My shower did not drain. My son and I had to take showers standing in dirty water. My phone on my room did not work so I cld nit call for assistance. I smelled sm9je from the joing room the whole night. My son has asthma which it affected him.

Liked: The food at the bar was the worst,the facility was under construction.pool area was too small, and parking across the street was not good .The building is very oldThe pictures on the internet sold u a dream, not at all what I expected on the north area.I will not be staying there again, and I will not recommend it to anyone .Everything needs to be upgraded very poor.

Unacceptable

Liked: I booked so my kids could do the water slide that did not work. When I first go in the room I found pubic hair on the toilet seat trash still under chair . The shower had hair in it also. I have been to a lot of resorts and hotels breakfast has always been free. And I had to call for remote to the tvs . It looked like it was a rush clean and that’s nasty. To do
