Clean, comfortable and classy

Liked: Lovely location and very comfortable room, well appointed and nice attention to detail. Great views as well. Every bit of the experience left us wishing we were staying longer just to be in this wonderful hotel.

Misleading on the website about...

Liked: Misleading on the website about price of the room, and then not being transparent that there is NO parking unless you pay for it, and it’s not cheap. Dealing with staff about those issues was not remotely helpful. All I got were robotic responses and zero accountability about anything.
