Disliked: We booked ocean place 12/30 because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Both were not working properly. Hot tub was room temperature and pool was freezing. We let front desk know. Nothing was done. Asked to speak to a manager at checkout and was given a card to email Miguel. Contacted Miguel, however he no longer works there. Lol. I guess the joke is on the guest.

Disliked: The breakfast buffet was awful for $25 a person everything was cold and there were no eggs.

Ocean Place resort and spa

Liked: Everyone there is always so nice and polite. They had it decorated nice for Christmas. It was off season so the rooms were cheaper and there wasn't many other people staying. We had come down to visit family for the holidays and after all the chaos of children opening presents it was so nice to return to the peace and quiet of the resort
Disliked: There should be a small off season continental breakfast. Nothing fancy maybe an option to make some toast and jam to have with the coffee they offer.
