Clean, Quiet and Perfectly Located

Liked: The location was perfect. A pleasant walk to beaches, cafes and the bowlo. Also a nice walk over to Muttonbird Island through the parklands. A short drive to the large shopping centre plaza. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. The airconditioner ran quietly and well. We arrived an hour before checkin and the manager let us check in early which was a relief after a long drive.
Disliked: The bathroom was too small to be comfortable. The microwave had significant rust making us doubt its safety.

NIce place to stay

Liked: the place is large for us. the management is good.. the bed and shower room has no smell and clean.. agree to not allow to cook seafood..
Disliked: but only the cookware really is too old.. bowl and plate too old..like back to old time.. the room has aircon but the kitchen dinning area has no aircon. no fan. it will be good if they have a fan in the dinning area... it is too hot in summer.. however, my room bedside lighting keep flashing when we switch on.. it scares my boy ...

Good facilites but no staff...

Liked: Excellent location - This site is well away from the Pacific Highway and does not suffer from traffic noise. Excellent dining facilities in other establishments within walking distance.
Disliked: No staff at Reception when we arrived. Everything relied on electronic communication and the extensive room directory of activities, including many that were prohibited. I did not get this impression from Booking.com. After a long drive I had not read the SMS that provided the details for room access.

70th surprise birthday party

Liked: Beds were comfy, good location for what we needed, staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Shower cubicle was so small and water pressure well there was none, parking space was so tight to get in and out of
