Overall, pretty nice! Location was...

Liked: The space/ location of the room.
Disliked: Ice machine only on main floor, door locks failed several times, no coffee in room.

Not what I expected for...

Liked: The location was the reason we picked this facility.
Disliked: We requested an early check-in due to our arrival time and received a response from hotel of 'beautiful'. Once we arrived, we were not given a room for an hour after normal check-in time. We had our 2 grand daughters with us and they were ready to hit the beach.

Will never stay here again.

Disliked: No blankets, I stayed here 3 nights and no one brought a blanket to my room, I had a fever and congestion, front desk was told this and still would not let me have one, management was asked to call back, no response and would not help. A/C was freezing and thermostat wasn't working.

Liked: Had booking reservation and they had no rooms when arrived They over book and don’t look at bookings from bookings.com terrible experience Man at desk offered room at different location which was not near any restaurants and did not have car so had to pay more money to go to the other location late at night which was hard to find then heard someone else having same problem and another guest while i was waiting complaining about her bathroom toilet not flushing and had maintenance there already this hotel for the price is not managed well at all and do not recommend staying here ever
Disliked: see above did not stay nor get to see beach or enjoy pool because they overbooked

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located on the beach. The food at the tiki bar was delicious
