Liked: The location was good, the room was nice
Disliked: Someone kicked my door hard around 6-7pm, I tried calling the office for security several times but no one answered. I had to wait several hrs to make sure no one was outside to go to the front for some help. The guy who said was security didn't show, was only answering through the voice box. When I asked for help, I didn't receive any. When I asked if they could check the cameras, he told me to wait 2hrs but no one reached out to me after that time so I left early and didn't spend the night. I want a refund

Liked: Too expensive for what they give you! Inaccurate description,There is no an ocean view. When I got in,the room smelled bad, then I realized the A/c was licking on the carpet so the smell came from the carpet. Front desk was very helpful though, she offered to refund me the full amount, so I took my money back and I booked another voter to stay for the night.
