I made reservations two months before and requested an Oceanside room. I was told they would add a note to my reservation and it wouldn't be a problem. I also called the day before to be sure I was getting an Oceanside room and was told yes and that they also see the note on my reservation. I did not get an oceanside room!

Liked: The room size.

Liked: The location, the bed. For some reason my reservation was showing canceled...not sure why because my credit card was charged. The ladies at check in handled it and we were able to check in.

Liked: Had a very nice pool and hot tub area, also like that it's attached to a pizza ice cream parlor. The ocean view from the 9th floor was nice.
Disliked: We went into a two bedroom suite which was just gross apparently there was a bigger dog in the room before and it grooved and dug Holes in the Floor which then we got all this catching floor cutting things that if you walk Barefoot across it hurts your feet went in the bathroom now there was no hot water which was beyond their control at the time I guess the water got shut off by the city when it got turned back on Hotel maintenance didn't know that you had to go around and actually pull out all the air out of the lines so when he finally realized that so the whole first night of course the staff can't help you they'll have to wait for maintenance so the whole first night there's no hot water so you can't take a shower you know we were out and about so that was an issue but in the bathroom they're also the bathroom wall was all like warped paint peeling off because of the moisture it looked like the room actually got flooded at one point down at the bottom of the counters you could see that there was a lot of water damage then on the one end of the one counter there's actually black mold which was another issue so I had to go down and talk to the staff they did work with us and try to figure out they had a call out to somebody to figure out what was going on or what they could do so it wasn't till the next morning they decided that they could move us into two separate King Suites which would accommodate why we needed two bedrooms so we did go into that also in the two bedroom suite the door that goes out to the balcony you could see out around it and it was only 40° outside so the first night we froze the heat could not keep that room warm enough the room they moved us into on the 9th floor was quite nice everything was perfect except for the shower was not hot it was warm enough you could stay in it and get a quick shower and you had to get out because it was so cold but at that point we only have one more night to go so we just let...
