Very lovely and quaint place.

Liked: I loved the small, simple room. It had a small functional kitchen that was fine for us. Very nice and friendly owner. I like supporting the small businesses around the US. I would stay there again.
Disliked: Does sit in a busy street but we did not have any issues getting out. We usually love to have our windows open at night but for indoor environmental reasons could not open them.

Liked: I was extremely shocked pulling into the establishment. I didn’t know what to expect. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room blew my mind, your 15 steps away from the beach walking distance to any restaurant or supermarket. Hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. This is a hidden gem

Liked: The location being next to the ocean with direct access to the beach.Friendly staff and a small facility. Owner very friendly and helpful.Bed super comfortable.TV simple to find channels.Lucky enough to see two rocket launches.
Disliked: There is nothing that we didn't like.

Liked: a unique place, there was something very cozy about this house. We had a very pleasant time there. We were literally a few steps away from the gate to the beach. we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Very nice, helpful staff, advised where to have dinner and breakfast.

Great place at a great...

Liked: I loved how close we were to the beach - 50 steps - I counted! Also loved hearing the waves crashed while I was relaxing inside. The bed was comfortable and room was very spacious. I was very happy with the accommodations.
Disliked: If I have to mention one thing I didn’t like about the property was there were no outlets in the bathroom. Had to do my hair in the bedroom and sit on the bed and just wing it. Cords for my blow dryer and flat iron weren’t long enough to reach the mirror. I don’t feel it’s much of a negative- could have bought an extension cord.

Beautiful and serene cozy one...

Liked: I loved the cleanliness of the place and having what felt like my own apartment to myself. The beach access was wonderful. The staff was very kind.
Disliked: There should truly be more photos of the place on website to show how great it looks and what you get. There isn’t anything I did not like.

Comfy & Cozy

Liked: My wife and I absolutely loved the motel's retro appearance, reminiscent of motels from the 60's. It consists of two rows of four connecting cozy apartments, each having a separate bedroom, full bath, living room and a fully-equipped kitchenette and dining nook. Although the motel is older than most, it has been very-well maintained. Our apartment was one of two that are closest to the beach, and the sounds were soothing. There is a very short boardwalk that leads to the beach and has a built-in bench. There are plenty of lawn chairs available on the immediate property. Also, each apartment has a seating area directly in front, complete with 2 comfortable chairs and a small table.
Disliked: The mini-fridge was definitely on the small side, but did include a separate freezer compartment.
