Liked: The staff are always nice
Disliked: I don’t think the rooms are checked after a customer has left to make sure everything is working. We were put in a room and the air conditioning had died. It was 78 in the room and it was set on 69 and getting warmer. I went to report it and the man at the desk replied to me “ that’s strange we have a sign stating you aren’t supposed to put it below 70 degrees”. I told him I didn’t do it, something is wrong. The maintenance staff were doing everything they could to get it to work, but finally said the Heating and Air specialist couldn’t get there until Monday to fix it. I went back down to the desk to see what else was being done. The same man was at the desk and said they put in a call to management, but there was no answer and did I ask the Maintenance guys to bring a portable unit? I wasn’t happy and responded, “do you mean I have to ask for that?” I didn’t have to ask, they brought one anyway and installed it. The machine eventually cooled the room to 74 by the next morning, but it was horrible to be able to all night. Amanda called the next morning apologizing for the inconvenience and gave me a choice of 2 other rooms. I selected the one on the first floor, we moved in and then noticed the refrigerator wasn’t working. Thankfully it was an easy fix because it had been turned off.

Disliked: Cleanliness, outdated the room was dusty, carpet stained The mattress had brown spots, stained no protector. There was a chair with the arm resting filthy covered with a black film of dirt, curtains were dusty. Not all Front desk are friendly or courteous besides couple of them.The pool is small, is not a resort as specified, more of a motel or extended stay vibes.

Liked: Great place nice to stay for the price.
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable on the second night I did find a bed bug. But the staff took charge and treated the bugs. We didn't see no more while we were there.

Superb

Liked: Room was comfortable with everything we needed. Exceptionally large, well maintained pool. Added bonus was the large Koi pond. We were able to feed them every afternoon! Staff were all very helpful. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. 2 of them were on site!
Disliked: Sheets were torn, sofa bed was stained. We couldn't get into our room until after 5.
