Location is not everything...!

Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: Not clean-sticky floor in bedroom-never cleaned, corridors dirty carpets.Not enough staff to manage breakfast-did not refill coffee machine water, orange juice.Slow service

Liked: Location! Clean, great restaurant and atmosphere. The rooftop looks great
Disliked: Had a room with a great view of the Opera - but noice from the square woke us up every night, next time I’ll choose a room to the back.

Good and central stay

Liked: The location. From this place you can walk all directions to all special places. When you dont, take the metro. The breakfast is very good.
Disliked: No ventilation in the room by open window. And a buzz which appears by silence in the night. Maybe its the noise of the general ventilation installation on the rooftop.

Liked: Location was great - Madrid's center and close to everything.
Disliked: I wish breakfast included some vegetables and that it was a little more varied. I also found the shower placement within the room (not in separate room) a little ..different.
