Liked: Horrible environment, dirty and with several maintenance problems from the elevator to the rooms. At this hotel someone hit my car and so far I haven't received the images from the security cameras. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy

Exceptional

Disappointing and cut a day...

Liked: Bed was comfortable the 1st night.
Disliked: Elevators were down, which I wished I knew when booking online. My mom is 81 uses a cane with a bad heart and had to climb stairs to 3 floor which took about 20 mins. Next day I was able to get a room on the 1st floor, we moved to room 108 around 2:30. We went out at 3:15 and came back around 7 turned on the lights and there were roaches everywhere. I called the front desk and the guy didn’t care. He said he only had rooms on the 5th floor, I said that we would just leave because we stay in that room. He said you can check out. No apology, no offer for refund or anything. We shook out everything, packed the truck and went to a gas station parking lot to eat our cold dinner that we had originally brought back to the room to sit and enjoy. Worst experience ever.

Won't go back

Liked: The location was awesome everything walking distance.
Disliked: There was roaches, the elevator was broken and we was on the fourth floor. There was holes in the walks. Stans in the couch and expose wires. No towels in the bathroom. Everything looked dirty
