Liked: The property was very clean and a good location.
Disliked: The office staff. I was over charged at the bar and never received the “hold “ they put on my credit card. I called and they said the room was clean after we left, but the money was never put back in my account.

Beautiful and well appointed Hotel...

Liked: Lovely room, well equipped, modern, and over looking the sea.
Disliked: The lights on the balcony did not work. We planned to have a Anniversary family meal on the valocony which we did but the lights did not work. I went immediately infirm reception at 7.30pm, but there was no one who could do anything until the next morning. The receptionist did contact her manager but nothing could be done.

Beautiful hotel but the town...

Liked: The location was great. And the room was absolutely beautiful and clean. Amazing view! Plenty of space!!
Disliked: Since this location was hit by 2 hurricanes prior to our visit, I was in contact with their staff every week prior to our arrival date, to get a better understanding of the devastation in that area. I specifically asked if there were any restaurants open (as the hotel only serves bar snacks). To which they replied, yes. But unfortunately, when we arrived in town there were only about 4 places open. We would not have spent that kind of money on such a luxurious hotel room, if we had known there were no places to eat. Very disappointed with the information that was provided. But we were happy we could support the town of Treasure Island.

Nice hotel but too pricey....

Liked: Breakfast not provided. Location is good
Disliked: High pet fees, resort fees. Insufficient parking. Visiting family had to walk half block and pay for parking.

Relaxing and energizing

Liked: Beautiful and clean, rooms are spacious. Loved being able to bring food and cook due to the full kitchen. The view of the beach was spectacular.
Disliked: You can only park one car. I understand due to limited parking spaces, but we stayed with another couple and they had to park their car at the public parking at the beach and pay 90 dollars a day.
