Liked: Beautiful room… all staff were friendly and attentive to our needs/requests. Casino well kept and very clean.
Disliked: Only thing about casino floor was location of smoking section. Slot machines were back to back between smoking and no -smoking . Would prefer a more separated section overall.

Liked: Easy checkin, lots of restaurants in the hotel.
Disliked: There was a buzzing coming from an electronic device plugged into the wall that was louder than the TV.There was only small towels .No coffee machine

Disliked: We came for the spa to do the day pass and they weren’t giving them out. We had to pay for massages that we didn’t want to get an hour in the pool house. We only wanted the pool house. Was not happy.

Great location, but needs more...
Liked: The hotel was immaculate and so was the room. The location is great with great amenities and right on the boardwalk.
Disliked: Our interactions with the staff was poor with the exception of the security guards who would man the entrance to the tower with the rooms. When we first checked in, the woman at the front desk did not even bother to greet us or look up. She did not offer us any upgrades or explain what kind of room we were getting. As the first point of contact upon arriving to the hotel, it really reflected poorly. The cleaning person for the room was also not very friendly.
