Liked: Location to the beach, but the beach area was short, nothing like the image that's displayed. The hotel location is in a good central location.
Disliked: For starters, there are no beach chairs available for guests, which was a surprise. The standard room that we booked was very dated, so we paid additional for the ocean side rooms because these rooms were more up to date. When we went to use our beach front seating area, we needed to go back inside because of 2 heaping piles of dog crap in front of our glass doors. We complained to mgmt. only to be told it wasn't their fault. The fact is that it was their fault because there were so many dogs allowed at this hotel that it should be considered part kennel. There was a guest that had a viscous German Shepard that made my wife too scared to walk around the facilities. Sorry that I chose this location.

Liked: Location on the beach was perfect. The room we booked had no view but it is what we anticipated and the room price was based on no view. The Ocean Grill a few steps away from the hotel was very good for dinner
Disliked: We had a noisy neighbour above us that interrupted our sleep

Liked: My room was ocean front 3rd floor and it was awesome to watch the sunrise from my bed and hear the waves of the ocean
Disliked: The price is steap and no continental breakfast over 400 a night You should get free breakfast

Liked: Very good location if you are traveling with your pet dog.

Disliked: The hotel advertised lounge chairs on the beach and there weren’t lounge chairs on the beach only at the pool. I specifically booked the hotel to be close to the beach. In order to sit at the beach, I had to pay $20 to use another hotels lounge chairs.
