Liked: From the look on the outside, we thought the rooms were going to be just okay for an overnight stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations, the hallways were nice and the carpet was nice and updated. The room was spacious, nice comfort bed, the bathroom was separated which I loved. Had microwave & small refrigerator. There was a pool on site that was open. Walking distance to beach and to grab a bite to eat. Love the location, easy to get to the cruise port and airport.

Great rate but no service...

Liked: Great Price and Location.
Disliked: When you request room service, the do not clean the room. I stayed for 11 days and I had to beg to get the sheets changed only 1 time in 11 days. You have to go to the main desk every day to request fresh towels.

Bad

Disliked: They advertise that there is a shuttle included that takes you from the airport to their hotel. When I called to set this up for our trip I was told that they don't have a shuttle at all that does this. I told them it was the entire reason I booked with their hotel because we needed one. They said I could pay for one or good luck getting an Uber. I told them that I wanted to cancel and book with somewhere that offered the shuttle and this seemed like a bait and switch situation. They told me I could cancel but it was non refundable and I wouldn't get my money back. So i had to pay for their hotel that I never stayed in plus a second one that actually followed through on what they offered.
