Comfy bed and that about...

Liked: Was told they offer complementary 24hr airport shuttle by staff prior to booking; when arrived we learned that they do not! They use a service that charges and it doesn’t start till 4am. Woman behind the counter argued with me as if I made up that I spoke to someone from the hotel multiple times to confirm before booking. Also, while waiting to check in, we observed similar frustrated customers getting inaccurate information. Staff don’t seem to know what is going on. Locals and others in the area didn’t have many good things to say about the hotel. Grateful we were only there a few hours to sleep for a very early flight. Only good thing was that the mattresses were very comfortable.

Disliked: I left the Louis Vuitton bag in the room called back to get my stuff that I left in the room and they said it wasn’t there in which I left it there in the dresser drawer along with a fridge full of booze, but they said nothing was left in the room. They charged me a $50 deposit in which said it was gonna be back on my card. I never received it back.

Liked: The heated pool was amazing! The room was amazing, the outside of the building was a little blah but the room exceeded our expectations! It was quiate dispite being right on the road!
Disliked: I didnt like the fact that it was a 2 block walk to the beach because there were other hotels blocking all the access, plus there was no beach view either. What a bummer! Then when checking in there were added fees witch i underatand but when you break down the cost of the parking & the resort fee plus the room price it was more expensive then a hotel right on the beach, so you think your getting a great deal until you add in all the other fees... just add the fees into the room price, that way there are no suprise fees durrung check in that i have to agree to!
