Great view; lovely staff, very helpful; bed was a bit small but overall very good would go back. :-)

Extortionate car parking

Disliked: Extortionate car parking charges! Why charge guests at all?! It's cheaper to park along the beach road!

Liked: It looked okay from the outside
Disliked: The room was dirty, there were cigarette ends by the wardrobe, there was an old Christmas card on the wardrobe, there was mould on the ceiling, the bathroom light was hanging off the ceiling, the sheets were disguising and dirty

Liked: The staff couldn't have been nicer but you have to wonder if that is down to embarrassment.
Disliked: The bed was terribly uncomfortable, the shower was very poor would suggest changing shower head

Disliked: Hard bed and cold room. Had a cheap heater which is either 5000 degrees sun setting or turn off and be shirtless on Pluto.

Disliked: Room paper off walls, ceiling paper peeling, bed hard swapped room with friend as not appropriate for 2 door on bathroom didn't shut.

Disliked: There were a few problems, the bed was extremely hard and the coffee machines in the restaurant weren't working.

Disliked: Hi yes ,First room had just been painted and paint fumes so strong we had to move rooms, doors still tacky with paint.Moved rooms heating wasn't working so was given electric heater. After having electric heater on for an hour, my husband went to switch off at the socket and the socket exploded and sent out a spark which burnt my husbands finger and then all our electrics went out!We were on on way out so couldn't use anything to get ready and I was worried about the shock my husband just got! We went down to reception on our way out and told them. Reception said they would try and get electrics on or we would move you rooms when we got back from our concert !Back from concert they couldn't fix electrics so gave us another room , this was 11pm at night. They gave us another electric heater to take to new room!! The new room was FREEZING and it was late so we decided not to move all our things and bed down in room with no electric!In the morning the maintenance man must have come into work as we were woken up by everything coming on (electric wise) at 8am! People were lovely but this place is awful and to us was a danger !ThanksTrudi
