Great view; lovely staff, very helpful; bed was a bit small but overall very good would go back. :-)

Disliked: The food in the restaurant is really poor so don’t bother booking half board it’s not worth it. For a dog friendly hotel as well you can’t take your dog in restaurant, however they did let us sit upstairs in the bar area. If you’re going to stay here just eat in the Italian restaurant upstairs.I had paid for a sea view family room for a 2 night stay to get away with my family and they put me in a small room at the back of the hotel, apparently the management over booked the rooms to make more money! They did put us in a sea view room in the hotel next door for the second night so we had to pack up and move only to find there were no beds for my kids when we got there so had to wait for someone to come and set up Z beds. Overall not a relaxing experience, such a shame as we have stayed here a few years ago and it was lovely.

Disliked: I thought the hotel seemed run down and despite having had a revamp it still seemed tired.

Liked: We arrived at about 10 pm after the flight back from Cyprus. This was a stop over before flying back to Belfast.The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Very run down, outdated and dirty.The bed had a huge dip in it, and springs made noises every time you moved. The carpets were badly stained and thick with dust and dirt.The facilities in the room were very basic and poor. Walls were dirty, and curtains need to be replaced badly.I've stayed in plenty of hotels, and this by far was the worst hotel I have stayed in, was more like a hostel.We stayed in another hotel on our way to Cyprus, which was less expensive but luxurious in comparison to this hotel. If we hadn't been totally exhausted and could have found somewhere else, we would have.
