The right place

Liked: It was great. Having Elena for F&B and the Ghana colleague for checking in and out (and every evening) made us feel between friends
Disliked: Some staff members need to smile more

Sufficient to good accomodation with...

Liked: Friendly check-in. Location is in short walking distance to public transport, ATM and supermarket. Loud street, but good windows to keep most of the noise out. Very comfortable beds. Elegant bathroom with tub. Kettle with tea and coffee options in room, as well as a little fridge. Strong WIFI, which I could use in a comfortable public area for working even after check-out.
Disliked: Hotel is located on a pretty busy street (cars, trams), and the direct area not very nice to look at. Beside the good windows to keep street noise out, you heard every (very loud) closing of the heavy doors by room neighbours or cleaning staff, sometimes even giving the TV on the wall a little shake. Hair dryer #1 had a plastic melting problem, and technician was not able or willing to replace it - service staff was very helpful, I got a new room, although that was smaller, darker, had stinking bathroom walls and was not so comfortable. Both bathrooms were equipped with a weirdly low faucet, nothing for big hands or washing your face properly. Reduced TV program.

Liked: Very clean, super comfy bed and a modern bathroom. Staff were always very friendly. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Nothing. I would highly recommend it.
