Superb

Just great.

Liked: Modern lobby-first impression very positive. Room - spacious, clean and comfy. Great breakfast, underground garage is a cons.

Good

Good stop over before ferry

Liked: Underground parking, comfortable room, great breakfast, lovely public areas and bar. Fastest lifts in a hotel in Spain !
Disliked: Not a dislike, just a top tip. Bring your walking shoes, it’s about 15 minutes downhill into a great area with bars and pinchos.

Did not live up to...

Liked: Comfortable room and good staff. Breakfast was very good and I appreciated the effort to get me boiling water for my morning cup of tea! Safe parking (paid for).
Disliked: The hotel pictures imply indoor and outdoor pools as well as a gym; only when you get there discover the outdoor pool is shut for winter and the €20 charge per person per day for the indoor pool and gym is in the small print. So I felt we booked (and payed for) a hotel that did not have the promoted facilities! Soundproofing in the room is poor and we had 2 disturbed nights.

Liked: Modern spacious hotel with good public spaces and car parking.

Liked: Buffet breakfast was good.The Spa was fabulous.
Disliked: Poor lunch/dinner menu choice of dishes and the quality was inconsistent for the same meal e.g. one day the main meal was good the next day, the very same meal was poorly cooked.There is very little storage space in the bedrooms for a week's stay. Nor are the coffee/teas in the room available every day … only on day 1. The room cleaner made coffee for herself in the room … using 1 of only 2 sachets of coffee that were provided for 7 days!Buffet evening meals that were made for large parties were not available for private guests … their food and sweets looked much better than the menu we were restricted to.
