A home away from home...

Liked: I went back again to enjoy a gorgeous view at dinner, Louise and Erin’s amazing massages and Danny even fixed my glasses… a true rescue hero! Bartosz welcomed me and helped me with my luggage and lunch. The kindness of each and every person working there is exemplary! Dana helping with arrangements and all the others I’ve mentioned before. The list keeps growing. It’s really a reflection on management that they have trained such an amazing team to truly care for guests. I’ve changed my whole trip around in May so I can spend at least one more night there and share it for a special trip with my mother! Thank you everyone once again!!! See you soon.💕

Liked: A superb place to stay in Oban. Staff were exceptional, so kind and helpful. We stayed another night would definitely comeback. Views are stunning. Food was delicious, staff couldn't do enough to help. So friendly yet professional. Our room was excellent, beautiful furnishings and clean.

Very poor disappointed considering the...

Liked: No coffee, no sugar nor milk within the hotel. Had to ask at reception. Also no body wash within the room again had to ask. Bath was disgusting had to go and purchase cleaning products. Also was told there were disabled bays there for us and they had no disabled residents staying… when we arrived there were 2 cars in the bays with NO disabled bags. Having a chronic illness I needed a bath and for this to not be clean was very disappointing! Not very good value for money

Liked: I worked here many years ago and always wanted to go for a visit and stayed here for a few days. Brought back wonderful memories, will definitely be back and would definitely recommend it. Was met and welcomed by all staff. All very friendly and helpful.Very well looked after from the moment of arrival. Due to food allergies, Chef was great in making me a meal that I could eat without having to worry about anything Room was great, The bed was so comfortable. And room very cosy. The weather was really bad on one of the nights with very heavy rain and wind, but could hardly hear a thing from.outsude.
