Liked: fair… brother had cosy double (cheaper) and ours should was booked as superior but our rooms were exactly same so we were obviously scammed but overall it was clean and adequate.
Disliked: it was fine

Excellent stay

Ideal for a couples getaway....

Liked: Excellent food and comfortable room. Staff very helpful and polite.
Disliked: Main lounge looks a little like a railway station waiting area - could be more homely.Please replace the benches on each side of the front door in the porch, and re open the golf course.

Liked: Inviting, clean and sophisticated.I attended an 80th birthday party and my only criticism of the three course meal which was excellent !, was a long delay between the first and second course.
Disliked: No full length mirror in my bedroom which otherwise was fine and very well appointed.

Pleasant enough stay, but slightly...

Liked: The room was lovely and big, and breakfast was really good. Lots of parking space . The building is beautiful and set in very large grounds
Disliked: Check in wasn’t great, stated we were checking in at 3, apron arrival we tried to check in and room not ready. The lady wasn’t really that unapologetic, we were 15 minutes early and she told me to maybe have a drink and come back at 3. Went back at 3 and another lady said no not ready come back in 15 minutes. 3rd time lucky though. I did expect flannels, and conditioner and maybe more body wash. Room was big but would also of expected an armchair
