Liked: Close to massage, hair wash, drinks, food and everything
Disliked: Smell of the carpet, you guys need new carpets, it stinks. Me and my son used our puffers to breathr

Liked: Pleasant basic accommodation. High standard of cleanliness. Staff helpful.
Disliked: Some of the doors were squeaky and needed a touch of WD40. Staff prepared to correct this.

Liked: I’ve never seen a shared bathroom so deep cleaned before, this is exceptional work!

Liked: The rooms were very large and comfortable, each room had a large TV, that was great, had a good kitchen.
Disliked: The bathroom bin was not emptied.

A pleasant surprise finding this...

Liked: Despite being located directly above a pub, restaurant and casino, the room we stayed in was actually quiet for a Friday night. The room was spacious with the standard kettle, coffee and toiletries. The bathroom was of a good size with constant hot water shower. The bed was firm but comfy and we had a good sleep that night. The entrance to the accommodation floors is separate to the casino's entrance.
Disliked: The room had only one small armchair - there were two of us staying there. The small flashing light on the premises' roof underneath our window was quite bright despite the thick curtain.
