Disliked: Saw rat running from room to room!

It was a really frustrating...

Liked: bed linen, towels and rooms were clean.
Disliked: My friends and I felt very unsafe staying there. We didn't like the location, there was a lot of noise at night from doors opening and closing, and people were constantly coming and going in the middle of the night next to our room. The bathtub was clogged, which meant we had to take quick showers so as not to get our feet in the water. We were between two hotels on Booking.com and chose this one because the description said it had breakfast, which would be very important for us to save time considering our commitments in the morning. We were simply surprised to learn that there was no breakfast at that hotel and that if I wanted I could report this to Booking. Given all this and a few other minor issues that I can't remember at the moment, we regretted it and don't intend to stay there again. It was a really frustrating experience. I would like to point out that we made the reservation through Booking.com because it is highly reliable, but we are rethinking it on our next trip due to the inaccurate description of the hotel, especially regarding breakfast, which would be great value for money for us.

Disliked: The owner is an abusive and belligerent threatening man with severe anger management issues. Stay away from this hotel it is dangerous and the worst hotel experience we have ever experienced

Oasis Inn a Disaster and...

Liked: Location ok staff ok
Disliked: The owner is the rudest most angry man we have ever come across. He was so hostile and belligerent we had to call 911 to get our personal property released from our room. No one should ever consider staying here as long as this manchild owns the hotel. He was verbally abusive to my wife and continually berated his staff in front of guest. This man clearly requires psychological help. Stay away from this establishment at all cost. Easily the absolute worst hotel experience we have ever experienced. Liked: Last minute hotel room after a concert at the Tacoma dome and too tired to drive home. Staff was friendly easy to check in.

Liked: Neighborhood is extremely sketchy with different people milling around the parking lot all night. My brother got little sleep as he was worried about our car and went out several times in the night to ck it. Thankfully it was untouched.
