Aloha leads the way at...

Liked: The staff member who checked us in upgraded our room when he heard we were there for health issues and a DR appt at Queen's Medical Center. He also allowed us to check in an hour early. We REALLY appreciated the Aloha and felt it the whole time we were there. Also, we enjoyed how close it was to restaurants and shopping and the parks.The free continental breakfast was good! Coffee was tasty, and the cereal and pastries were a nice treat.
Disliked: It would have been great if the hot tub had been working and available and if the pool was heated, but the ocean is nearby and THAT is the bonus!

Disliked: They advertised free amenities but then charged for it when you got there. The was no parking near by.

Disliked: -shower gel was missing and I realized that during shower. Requested reception to bring Shower gel but that was missing until I asked one of the house keeping person to get one for me - Fire alarm went off continuously on 21st. Could not sleep at all.
